Hi. I am in this same spot today. Did you decide upon either one of these two colors?

The house, door and shutters are all in need of paint and would love something neutral but not white. I have 7 years until I retire and then will sell the house so wanting something to last and not be trendy.

2127-30 Gravel Gray by Benjamin Moore might be worth a look. It sits between the two you mentioned in terms of Value (darker than Westcott, but lighter than Hale Navy). It also has more Chroma (colourfulness) than Westcott but less than Hale Navy. 🌈

I’m trying to pick a paint color for a home we’re buying and am leaning toward a light somewhat grayed blue. It’s a classic colonial, currently white with black shutters. Ben Moore Palace Pearl looks nice using the website app to test the color but it’s hard to say how it will look IRL. Anyone have photos of light blue exteriors they can share where the specific color used is known? I know I will have to test any candidates first, but I’m impatient to narrow down my choices. Here is the house with the test color digitally applied. I would leave the trim white and the shutters black.
