Thank-you for taking the time to respond Sophie. Of the options you showed here I think I would lean toward the first two. However, I find these colours more on the cool side of the colour spectrum and I tend to prefer more historical or soft warm colours and perhaps more neutral. I do live in a coastal area, but am not at all tied to a coastal theme. I really love the modern farmhouse look, simple but striking, but don't want an all white house. Please keep the ideas flowing!

You need to understand why it's important to do stucco right the first time. Once you get everything applied on the house, the stucco will no longer breathe. That means if there is a crack somewhere that allows water to intrude somewhere water will get behind the stucco, run down the wall, and not be able to evaporate. This standing water will rot the framing, damage the insulation and drywall. Then, you have a mold situation. Given where this home is being built, all it takes is a good hurricane to find a crack and drive water inside the building. It usually happens around a poorly installed and sealed window or door. You won't know about it immediately as it takes a while for this condition to be evident. Once it's evident, it's very expensive to fix. There are lots of houses with the EFIS system that couldn't be sold due to poor installation. If you get it right, it's a fantastic building material. If you get it wrong, it can become a nightmare. Get educated on this quickly. Make certain your GC is educated and using the right subcontractor to do the installation.

In your master: the two doors into the closet are taking up a ton of hanging space. In reality, you will only have 16' total - that's a lot of real estate for two 8' closets. They'd basically be deep reach-ins. If you remove both doors, and change to a single door by the door to your bathroom, you will have 22 feet of hanging space, with space for a dresser and maybe a window on the far wall. You won't have DIRECT access to your closet from the bathroom, but it's right there. If you get rid of the door into the closet from your bathroom, that would give you a lot more options for bathroom layout as well, and maybe you can eliminate the pocket door into the bath. I love pocket doors, but generally prefer swing doors if the door will be used often. Ideally your bed would go on the front wall, but that won't work with the windows. If it's not terrible for your side elevation, consider adding 2 square (high) windows and place your bed centered on that side wall. You can even squeeze your closet a bit narrower if you're worried about bed + nightstands (if you move the door like I suggest above, you can go to a 7 ft wide closet and still have space for hanging on both sides).
