The spring flowers are blooming

We have quite a few nice quiet walkways around us.

My daughter, who is working from home here, adopted a new kitten. Our Sunshine so far thinks the idea blows, but has contained her displeasure to grumbling, growling and an occasional hiss if the adorable Luna comes too close.

I took this yesterday from a distance and through a window. Happy it turned out as well as it did because I was excited to see Indigo Buntings after an absence of 19 years!

My husband had one growing up. He really loved that dog.

Here’s where I am today. Cleaning my porch. Next step is bringing out the cushions for the furniture. I plan to have lots of naps on that sofa.
