Annie - Today is 4/21. I actually rely on you, through this thread, to let me know the date which is how I knew that yesterday was 4/20 (never mind that yesterday was International Marijuana Day). :) I love this thread and it's always the first thing I check in the morning.

Re: the pie: In every Bizarro comic he writes/draws he adds a piece of pie somewhere, or an eye, or a tiny dynamite stick. from his FAQ: What are those little things you put in your cartoons? Why is there a number above your name? Dan read a few too many Highlights magazines as a kid, and started hiding what he calls the Bizarro Secret Symbols in his cartoons a number of years ago. Fans have come to enjoy searching for the symbols in each cartoon, and Dan always includes the number of symbols one can find in that cartoon right next to the signature. Some cartoons will have more symbols than others hiding in the drawing, so if you haven’t seen your favorite in a while, just keep your eyes open. Thanks for a thoughtful and important message, Rusty. Especially in these times of being cut off from usual interactions with people, many of them somewhat stressed and pressured. I'm fortunate to be old, long retired, not having to go to work to pay for roof, food, etc. and staying home, letting the pension cheques arrive. ole joyful

A woman went to the emergency room, where she was seen by a young new doctor. After about 3 minutes in the examination room, the doctor told her she was pregnant. She burst out of the room and ran down the corridor screaming. An older doctor stopped her and asked what the problem was; after listening to her story, he calmed her down and sat her in another room. Then the doctor marched down the hallway to the first doctor's room. "What's wrong with you?" he demanded. This woman is 63 years old, she has two grown children and several grandchildren, and you told her she was pregnant?!!"
