I was considering something like that! I would love to make the space feel more natural. My only worry with this is that it may be a little dark. With the dark backsplash and countertops I don't want to enclose the space anymore.

Good thought: pink, what went wrong is those are the wrong pinks.

Deeper makes for warmer. Try B.M Antique Rose or B.M. Salmon Stream.

A sage would be beautiful. The light sage colors will not enclose the space. To the contrary. The light sage greens as well as light pastel blues offer the visual effect of more space. They expand the space.

Small powder room, and the sage is a bit saturated (almost leaning toward olive) but still light enough on the sage to really open up this very small area, even with tile work + various wood, etc.

You might try a warm light brown -- tan but without the pink or yellow hue.

• If you genuinely would like pink then I would go with Darker/ Warm shades of Rose and highlight your moldings with an off white/warm white paint, as similar as possible to your cabinets. When decorating your space, you want to incorporate your colors, I would not use any gray or charcoal décor, because you want to create balance and cohesion throughout the space and the grays are currently dominating your space. Lead with shades of rose and accent with shades of warm whites to decorate the place. Also, more ceramic pieces and less glass.
• If you are open to other colors, going back to “a little intrigue and warmth”, here are some other palettes that can elevate your kitchen and give that feeling of intrigue and warmth.

In addition to a new paint color, your kitchen might be well served with some sort of window covering, a colorful area rug, a small lamp on the counter in the corner, and a small plant at the window.

I would go with the sage. It would bring the warmth you want and coordinate well with the whites and greys.

The sage could be nice, such as Ben Moore's Silver Sage. Lots of options.

You might consider adding bracket centered over you window for a small hanging pot of green -- perhaps heart leaf philodendron.

I like green too, but if you need warmth, yellow is the way to go!

I'm kind of digging the pink on the right (the one on the left is entirely too Pepto Bismol). I like JudyG's suggestions, too.

Just wanted to say I think your stainless appliances are a good thing. Much better than white or black.

What color is in the rest of your house? Can you carry it into the kitchen, perhaps in a lighter shade? This would help the flow of the house.

If it complements the rest of the house, that is, if you have red elsewhere, you could add red accents. (PInk is just light red, anyway,)

I also agree with the comments to add some plants to the big window sill and consider some sort of window covering, perhaps even a Roman shade hung from the ceiling.
