Bedroom room arrangement 'A' or 'B'?
Comments (25)I'm ducking here, but.....Because I love to rearrange furniture, and also love to see biggest, prettiest thing first, (and your bed is sooo pretty!)would the bed *go on the wall you see as you enter? Another random thought: I love shutters, but noticed in your inspiration pic how the sheers and full length panels brought the windows down to a better size. * re. different arrangement: If the bed were on the opposite wall, you could place ( is there room with the bed?) a narrow library table/vanity between the windows with a mirror, photos or art over. Your yellow chair might fit under it? I love the painting with its moody colors that go so well with your wall color, but can't see the fish pic with it. As for the chairs, I'd have only one comfy one unless the two could sit together, or yellow one under a vanity/table? I'd keep the fabrics soft and solid or tone on tone. Your room is very serene and a colored pattern would take away from this feel, IMO. Oh, almost forgot to vote! A. and the mirror...after you try the other arrangement:>):>)....See MoreSmall bedroom design TINY BOX of a bedroom
Comments (45)mammapinky Yes, they are. I did that on purpose. I wanted a different illusion than just the mirrors hanging, if that makes sense. I want the mirrors and curtains anchoring the bed, like a headboard. Thank you! To everyone mentioning the mirror height, don't tell my husband! (lol) He absolutely hates hanging curtains, shelves, mirrors and paintings. haha I'll have to wait to the weekend or a day we both have the time and we shall raise them. I'll have to ease him into it. ;) Should they go the same height as the curtains? Thing is, raising them any higher and the bottom of the mirrors show, which is not the effect I was going for. :/ chickadee2_gw Wow, thank you so much! :) I truly find this sight inspiring. I really appreciate all of the help you all have to offer! :) And now I can finally move on to the kitchen! rebeccamomof123 That really made me smile. :) I am so thrilled with how it all turned out and it is so nice having people to share it with, who understand. :) Thank you so much!...See MoreCan anyone help with bedroom furniture arrangement?
Comments (14)Beds need to be positioned so that your feet are pointing toward the entry way into the room (if you were laying down in it). So it looks like it's on the wall it should be. I would just center it on that wall, and then I would do the old Rebecca Robeson trick and get a mirror the same size as the window and hang it on the other side to "balance" the wall. I would hang window treatments over each "window" for symmetry. And then you need two nightstands for each side of the bed. Then don't put pieces of furniture at an angle in a corner. Move that dresser flat onto a wall and get rid of that little table by the window....See MoreBedroom Layout/ Furniture Arrangement Help Needed
Comments (5)I have a craft room that is separate, as well as sharing an office with my dad for college work. The desk in my room is more of just to have as a small workspace for anything I may want to do in my room…. If that makes sense...See Morelindahambleton
