Yes, the Silver Series used the 'V' engine which is very similar to the 'F' on your mower. I don't know for sure that it's a direct swap, but it should be workable. Also, the rear end of a Silver might just go into your aluminum deck. All kinds of possibilities in this swap.

OP here. My Julia soapstone from Stonemasters in Kennet Square, PA, which I picked for the hardness, has only one tiny chip on the flat counter that you can't see unless you look for it. I had the fabricators round over all the edges and there are no edge or corner dings. It has only had three applications of the oil wax mixture on it in over three years and is truly a no-maintenance counter. We put hot pots on it, have had lost of spilled juices and sauces, tomato and red wine, and continual coffeemaker drips, but all clean up without problems. Sorry to hear that dataw1127 did not have the same experience. Stonemasters had given me 2x2 inch samples of all their soapstones and I took them home and experimented before choosing the one with lowest maintenance. Maybe that is a key to selecting soapstone? PS I also had my overhanging counter corners rounded and did not realize what a difference that made until this past week when I stayed at my sister in law's home and banged my hips several times on her very sharp 90 degree granite counter corners. Apparently her 4 year old grandchild had a bad run in with them earlier also but with his head. Thankfully he is OK.

Dr. Huey rootstock has taken over whatever rose was originally there. Dr. Huey is rather charming rambler type, but has the following deficiencies: once-bloomer (spring), post blooming develops the worst case of BS you'll probably ever see, followed by complete defoliation. The following spring, the same pattern will be repeated, and so on. Although some people grow it as part of their garden, most rose gardeners dig it out and replace it with that rose they've been longing for, you know, the one that makes their heart sing. I say follow that lead. : ) Kate

Amazon has a couple, among some things that shouldn't have turned up in that search, but having "cooked" with a four year old, I don't really think a cookbook is right unless she's just dying to cook. You might consider making her a cookbook of real family recipes for her favorite dishes (inc. sweets), and include pictures of the food, if you have them, or of her eating other things, etc. Also look at Fancy Nancy Teaparties, which came up on that Amazon search. If she's the kind of girl to love Fancy Nancy and dressup, she might enjoy the book about putting on doll teas more at her age than actual recipes. There's a "cake" recipe for instance, which says to put frosting in between cookies to make a doll sized layer cake, which I think is a cute idea. Another thing that kids that age often love to eat is melon balls. Maybe you could make recipes for things like that, which aren't really recipes but are accessible at a four year old's state of development.
