Fiddle leaf fig pruning suggestion

Hello Kitty

Well, I wasn’t planning on pruning in the winter, but my ficus lyrata has decided to continue putting out new leaves through December, in the Pacific Northwest no less.

I recently discovered new growths in the primary branch, secondary branch, and the smaller branches on the bottom. I thought they might take a little break to recover from the 40%-ish root ball reduction I did this past summer, but it has been putting out new leaves about a month after the reduction.

The most recent primary branch growth was a 4-in-one, which is pushing towards the ceiling. The secondary was a 3-in-one (the tip of the secondary branch is about where line “B” is.

I am thinking of chopping the primary and secondary branches. I am trying to decide between “A”, “B”, and “C” as possible places to chop. Any suggestions? I am trying to mould the plant into a column for that space.
