Well we are on the same wavelength! I was also thinking about her. I too wonder how her family is doing. Her sweet daughter used to come on kt occasionally with her mother. It would be great to hear from her.

I have a pile of laundry to do so I will be thinking about her when I get into that!

I actually thought of her some time last week, and looked up some of her posts. I also did not know her, but so enjoyed her contributions. I remember at one point she shared a story or two she had written, I think maybe semi autobiographical, and it was so good.

May she rest in peace.

I have also thought about her a couple of times in the past couple of moths. Once when I was cleaning out a linen closet. I hope her kids are doing ok. I agree it would be great to hear from Aimee.

I think about her often. It is hard to believe she is really gone. I wonder about Amiee, her grands, her dog Lil and her dh. Hope they are coping okay. I miss her.

I miss her too and pray that her family including her little dog that she loved so much are all okay.

I too was thinking of Mamapinky recently. I have a link to Laundry Room and was reading an old Post and it just hit me again that we would no longer read her unique thoughts. I'm glad she is somewhat immortalized in posts but still miss her. I bet you wherever she is she is showing her laundry prowess.

I think about her all the time. Every time I go to the laundry forum, I think how it's just not the same anymore without her! There was an older thread that popped up there and she was active in it. She really did know her stuff when it came to laundry and if she didn't know, she would make it her business to research it and find out!

I have also been thinking of her recently. Must be something in the air. I hope her family is coping well without her. They all needed her so.....

I have been thinking of her. Cleaned up my email last week. There is a very sweet one from her from January 2. I had helped out with Lil’s vet bill. Not the first time I cleaned up my emails since then, but I still didn’t delete it.

I think of her as well. I just hope the family finally got enough money to bury her ashes. I tried to contribute but the funeral home made it very dicey and I was not comfortable with their way of doing this.

This is a timely thread as I was just thinking about her last week. She was kind of heart, had a generous nature and such a way with words. What a storyteller that lady was.

I wonder if the arrival of the holidays is what has so many of us thinking about her.

I think of her too, especially when I'm going to bleach some whites - mostly wash clothes and hand towels. I saved her info on doing that and I have to pull it up to review it before I do it again. I'm about to do that again in the coming weeks so it's been on my mind again. I also bought some borax to use in my regular wash and it has really helped with my hard water.

If Heaven didn't already have the whitest whites; it soon will! Miss you MamaP!

I often think of her, how she coped with hardship and had so much love for her family. I also remember how forgiving she was toward a certain member.

I was thinking of her recently too. I'm shocked how quickly she declined, but I guess that's cancer sometimes. :( I hope her family is doing well.

Geeze, this is so weird that we are all thinking of her. I liked her honesty and cheerfulness. It's just hard to believe a vibrant enthusiastic woman like her went so quickly.

We must be all on some weird universe vibe, as I was thinking of Mama Pinky today (Sunday) as well.

I was thinking of her yesterday. Yes, it is odd that this thread showed up at the same time. I was wondering if she ever got that picnic table in her kitchen and if she put cushions on the benches. I got a pang this summer when I was hanging out a clothesline of bright white sheets . The sky was a beautiful deep blue and the air smelled so fresh in the breeze. She would have loved that sight.

I'd "Like" every comment above but that's too many clicks, lol. Mamapinky was one in a million -- I learned so much from her both specifics about laundry but more importantly about life and how to show your love to your family and your world.

Perhaps she's thinking of us and we hear her. She was an incredibly kind person.

I thought of her last week or so when an old thread came up. I associate her passing with my sister's, as it was around the same time. As with sister, when I saw Mama's name I had to remind myself that she isn't here anymore. Grief is a weird thing in that the brain takes a long time to get the fact that someone you've loved all your life isn't here for you to talk to anymore, and the same can go for a cyber-presence you've come to "know," now hearing her "voice" anymore.

I wish someone who had been in touch Aimee would let us know how they're all doing. She sure was the glue and the rock in that family...

She pops up in my head a lot. Just yesterday I was thinking of her as I was folding my dish towels.

I too have been thinking a lot about her, maybe it's because of the upcoming holidays. MamaP was always so kind and compassionate, never a mean word. I also wonder how Aimee, the boys and Mike are doing. They were not in the best of health.

I hope Aimee and family were able to see the countless KT tribute posts about their mom and how much she was loved and cared about.

So funny that I was thinking of her as well. I was in Tractor Supply and noticed they have an area for deer hunters. One of the things they sell is laundry detergent to mask or hide the hunters scent somehow. I was wondering what MamaP would have to say about that!
