Comments (4)I would not put an off-white vanity with white and light gray granite. The vanity does not have to be flush with the wall if the top is straight and extends past the moldings on the side of the vanity. I believe Home Depot sells a number of them- links below. I think any combination of white or gray floor tile would look great with that granite and blue-gray walls. Yes, it will be difficult to replace the tub later without damaging the floor, but it may be possible. Comments (9)Here ia a link to the specs on the faucet you have chosen: https://s7d1.scene7.com/is/content/Pfister/ss-lg26-xnxx Based on these specs, plumbing-wise there is no reason that this wouldn't work, however In addition to the issues that have been raised so far (see Sammy's comment above), this faucet is very tall and will probably look out of scale. It may also be in the way for tasks like washing one's face. If you like the faucet suggested by Sammy- go with that!...See MoreI want to paint my bathroom vanity and cabinet
Comments (21)Step 1 in a facelift reno is determining what you can't afford to change or have no interest in changing. In this case, after some discussion about painting or not painting the vanity and cabinet the colors that will stay are the flooring, toilet, cabinet, vanity, sink, tub/shower (not shown in photos). The sink and flooring are more creamy/yellow than the cabinets that are a bit grayer which shows as a slight pink tone. Bright whites accentuate the creamy/yellow in the toilet. The deep Taupe that Celery used also accentuates the yellow, but works beautifully with the cabinet and vanity. I would probably test some different greens. I tested a few below via SW ColorSNAP The first one seems a bit too light to me. I think I would want something at least a bit darker than Ancient Marble One of my favorites - Honed Soapstone A bit too dark for my taste, but does give a nice pop- Eclipse Some greener, less neutral greens: really likeing Green Onyx tested some blues and found I only liked the darker, richer blue greens...See MoreWhat can I do about this bathroom vanity in my master bedroom?
Comments (16)The blue is new walls. Remove the yellow X walls. On the left, where the towel bar is, add storage, whether a linen closet or, even better, lower drawers, then a bit of countertop, and cabinets or shelves above. New vanity on the right with drawers, although, you could forgo that for now. new lighting. Medicine cabinets. Now you have more room in the bedroom for nice pictures on the walls, and you can store more stuff in the bathroom. and it feels less like a motel....See MoreHU-874585772
