Comments (150)well Ladies, this one's coming down the homestretch. if my figures are right, of the 11 people involved here, 7 have had their packages received, 1 has packages in transit, and 3 are waiting to get their packages in the mail this week. Not bad! Not bad at all! I want to thank you all once again for making this a fun, learning experience for me. I'm sure I made some mistakes along the way, but you all picked up the slack and kept me going. I'm going to take a break this month from hosting, continue to play in my garden, and sink myself into the butterfly/hummingbird swap. However, if the stars align correctly, I'll be back hosting once again in July, and introduce you to my FAVORITE holiday!!! There won't be any ho-ho-hoing during that one!!! Care to take a guess as to which holiday we'll be celebrating in July??? Take care everyone, and have yourselves a great night! -(Santa) Dan...See MoreA Happy Christmas and Peaceful New Year . . .
Comments (14)Bon, that reminds me of one time when we were on a cruise. At the disembarkation talk the cruise director said "If you need wheelchair assistance contact guest relations and we'll make arrangements to push you off the ship in the morning." People in the audience started to snicker and you could see her rewinding what she'd just said, and the horrified look on her face was priceless! She said, "Oh, my gosh, I can't believe I said that!" LOL Donna...See MoreMerry Christmas and Happy New Year
Comments (11)Brad, I’m with you and Maryl! I have enough to take care of, no more beds or enlarged beds. I have removed a few plants and a neighbor removed Four big trees that shaded part of my back yard. Out went the shade plants, here come a few more daylilies. No extra work there! Comments (28)nicole___, This is the one I bought, which is Wagner FLEXiO 590, but you do not put a hose in an open paint can. I can't tell whether it has a compressor or not. It got good reviews, but I don't know whether those are reliable or not. I plan to watch this video again before starting: I am going to try to have someone help me with this. A friend from San Francisco said that he wants to visit me and would help, as he has had experience with this type of painting. I plan to test it on the cabinet doors first, which I will remove and strip. I do not think I will use this for the cabinet boxes, unless I find that I can control the overspray well enough....See MoreUser
