What is the trick to posting photos now?
Comments (4)I've had times where my photos took forever to load and sometimes the whole darn thing is just glitchy and takes forever to get a few loaded, individually even. I always resize mine before attaching. I use the Houzz photo attachment. What size are the photos you're trying to load? I don't usually go larger than 1280x1024 and I normally will size down to 1024x768 and sometimes 800x600. If a photo from a site is giving me fits I'll screenshot it and upload from my computer that way....See MoreNewell posts too big. Now what.

It is unfortunate that you did not get such a blunt answer before you spent time and money pursuing this scheme. It is your house and you can do whatever you can talk the GC into doing and the inspector into approving but that does not make it attractive or practical or increase your house's market value You already know there is an issue with your original plan or you would not have posted your question. Step back from the emotional side and read the answers you are getting. All the money you have spent is a sunk cost and continuing on the same path will not change that fact. Evaluate where you are and move forward with a good plan using the right material for the project...See MoreDo Y'all Like the Way Post Threads are Reversed Now?
Comments (12)Unfortunately the above (or maybe it's below..... :-)) suggestion does not work. I access ONLY through GardenWeb and the order of posts varies from first to last, last to first and now and again will even switch up in the same post, depending on when you visit it. I am not convinced that this is a glitch......I think they are trying out some new software and they intend to reverse the chronology....See MoreHow I sign in to post, now
Comments (11)I'd always stayed signed in, then found this last week I was signing in every morning. I use CCleaner. A lot. I had it set to save GW cookies so I wasn't losing my signed in status. Something changed in the last several days and I had to hunt up the Houzz cookie, add that to those to keep in order to stay signed in....See MoreJay 6a Chicago
