what size solar tube for bathroom? 10" or 14"?

I'm planning to add a solar tube to the guest bathroom. (no other work being done to this room). What size should I use? Seems like 10" is fine, right? The room is 7.5' x 10', so 75 square feet.

This random website says a 10" is good for 150-200 square feet.

I'm planing to get the Velux solar one

FWIW, there's a 3'x3' window centered on one of the 7.5 walls (opposite the shower). It's the southern exposure but thanks to my neighbor's 20 foot tall black bamboo (and my tiny lot), the room is sunny briefly in the morning and then fairly dark for the rest of the day. Thanks in advance for any help!
