Comments (14)jim_1 (Zone 9A) <You ever bought a plunger?> Yes, about 20 years ago I went to a hardware store in Mar Vista to buy a plunger like this one, and the guy who checked me out said, "This is the plunger that is most popular with women shoppers." I wasn't exactly sure what to make of this, but I bought the plunger for use on sinks - I've never used one on a toilet. I did choose the plunger because it had a clear acrylic handle, which I thought was more attractive than the common wooden handles. I guess the checker did not expect a man to select a plunger based on aesthetics. More recently I have bought smaller plungers that work better on sinks, especially bathroom sinks, which is where I seem to need to use them most. I suppose I could use Drano instead, but the plunger can be used over and over....See MoreSmile today - 8/8/22
