I think a shade of green would look great with the brick and roof colors. Check out Sherwin Williams mountain road.....it is a green with a lot of greige/beige in it. I would consider SW loggia siding with SW mountain road shutters, and a darker color for the front door, such as SW porpoise. SW porpoise

Hi Patricia, thanks for asking. Sorry for a chaotic picture, I will take a better one tomorrow. All the metal zinc you see is just put in place to protect my palm trees during the building of the block wall. If you are referring to the metal grill at the entry to the house, that is how every house is where we live for security purposes. Don't worry about that blocking the house, we are just focusing on the exterior wall for now. The house itself is NOT getting painted yet, we are just redoing our perimeter wall (block finished with a textured cement stucco) and adding a sliding gate. The top of the new wall will have the decorative wood slats on top.

Its difficult to get beyond the tiny little transom windows and the large blank walls. Your windows scale 5 ft tall without the transoms. which seems to contradict your comments. Is the project in the US? What does the rear elevation look like? What is the horizontal material? I would guess brick but there are counter boards. IMO the best way to visualize exterior options is with the free version of SketchUp.

I agree with others. Right now the house doesn’t look cohesive, too many colours. I’d go with blue and white trim. Keep the garage door same colour as the house colour. Add some warmth with a cedar coloured front door, and some large box shaped cedar planters strategically placed on your way to the front door. I’d consider adding skylights, below each narrow window, to the roof of the front porch. It appears no matter what you do there,the porch seems to be the large dark hole, that stops you from playing up the front entrance more.
