Need guidance on lighting for a powder room remodel

Hello! I am re-doing our small powder room, and could use some guidance about what lighting choices / placement. BELOW IS THE PICTURE LOOKING UP AT THE CEILING.

We'll be putting a black/white geometric tile on the floor and installing white subway tiles 48" up on all sides. Also, we'll be getting a wall-mounted sink, and a mirror (TBD). And we'll definitely be removing the ugly sconce that is currently there--which I've been staring at for 10 years :-)! Our ceiling is pretty high (about 13 feet), and I am interested in ONLY having a chandelier--if this is doable. The one that I am looking at is this one from West Elm (https://www.westelm.com/products/893668/?catalogId=21) and putting it on a dimmer.

My questions are

1) will this chandelier provide enough light, so that we don't need to have an additional light above/next to the mirror?

2) where in the ceiling should we place it? (the current location of the light in the ceiling is stupid, so I have a feeling it won't be there.

3) And how does that new location impact where the fan is?

Thanks so much!
