Please Help -- Too Much White in Bathroom?

I am redoing a standing shower and tub surround as part of my master bath remodel. I lean toward a bright, clean, white look, but don't want it to be too much white in the end. I am thinking of 3x6 white subway tiles on the shower walls, with a niche lined with white penny round tile. I like a light/medium gray grout for all of it. I am also thinking of using the penny rounds on the floor. As you can see in the picture, the tub surround is adjacent to the shower. It seems like it should be tiled in the subway tiles, too, for consistency. Is that too much? I am planning a dark brown vinyl plank floor and a white vanity with calacatta gold quartz top.

It was all making sense in my mind, but now I'm second-guessing. Does anyone have pictures of this sort of look? Any suggestions/comments are appreciated.
