Consider taking a walk around a local historical district of your town OR perhaps a local garden or nice area -- photograph a collection -- trees? cool doors or architechural elements? THEN -- take the photographs and have them printed in sepia (brownish) tones. Mat them alike in creamy white and frame in dark chocolate brown. Hang in a tight grid above the bed .... Comments (13)I could see a more natural feel for this room being complimentary and ideas over headboard are below as well as for accessorizing Think about how you want the whole room to feel before adding more In sitting area, try high boy on other wall with mirror above and if you added a bookcase on the far wall and chair under window it will be a cozy little reading nook.
