Comments (5)I think your pink is great already A big picture of the Eiffel Tower could kick things off A bit of fun and sophistication; turn the tall bookcase on its side What will the new furniture look like? Twin or other size bed? Maybe put the bed opposite the window or directly in front of it. Do you have pix of the furniture you're expecting?...See MoreBlank slate need help with Great room furniture placement.
Comments (1)I personally do not like TVs above the fireplace. I would put the TV on the wall to the right of the fireplace and get a rounded ("L" shape, more or less) seating unit that faces the fireplace and the TV wall. A sofa table behind on the side of the kitchen would create a visual barrier but be a place to put lamps. Ideally, put some outlets in the floor so cords do not run across the space. You still can put small end tables at either end of the sofa system. Whatever coffee table you buy would be somewhat dependent on the shape of the sofa, but so many things will work. You can also put a swivel base chair (club chair, recliner, whatever) in the corner of the TV wall and fireplace wall, for more conversation seating. Good luck!...See Morehelp with the furniture placement is needed, pass through living room
Comments (19)Hello Alexey, Once the house has been built and you are able to stand you living room It will be easier for you to see what will or will not work for you. Especially since you are still fine tuning various aspects in the room such as window size, etc. Thank you for the updates. That helped. Please know that the furniture placement is the only thing that is being presented NOT the style or colors in the room. we put a piano in the room in place of your electric piano. We don't have one in our selections. There is enough seating for 10 folks with the padded stools around the room. there are two book cases. One on opposite sides of the room, as you can see, this was intended to give you a "play area" for your little one that includes the open space in front of the piano. We put 4 chairs in the sitting area but you can easily move them around the room to another location or omit 2 of them and pull extra seating from the dining room table when you more guests. Hope this helps. Best Wishes with the construction of your new home and congratulations. We wish you many happy memories to come in your new home. Comments (8)The way the furniture is pictured creates a box that impedes traffic flow. Put a sofa against the window on the left wall. Then two chairs perpendicular to each other on the corner where the 7 A-7 circle is on the drawing. The dimensions shown aren't sufficient for me to be able to tell you how large the sofa can be, but get something small so that you have room for at least one end table in the corner. You should have room for some type of coffee table as well. If he needs a TV, hang it on the wall next to the window that is next to the door on the right wall. Make sure not to hang it too high - this is a common error....See Moredyliane
