Faux Wood Tile Flooring to Create Modern Lakehouse Look in Basement

I've gone to every tile shop in town in search of faux wood tile (we're not interested in vinyl) that meets the following criteria:

  • A light color since our basement gets limited natural light
  • Not too warm or too cold toned -- I tend to like more natural wood or whitewashed or subtly gray wood tones vs. anything orange or brown-looking.
  • No larger than 36" planks since it's a relatively small area next to our basement walk-out door
  • Helps us create a modern casual lakehouse feel (nothing too rustic)
  • Isn't insanely high end since it's a basement

I'm struggling to find what's in my head (perhaps because I'm not clear enough on what that is).

Do you have any specific tile suggestions I should consider purchasing? Do you have any tips or dos/don'ts to share? Am I overthinking this?
