Up until last year the company *Budget Pops* who makes popsicles made a frozen fudge bar *Monster Fudge Pops** omg were they good. I could have eaten 12 a day and nothing else. They were discontinued. I still yearn for them and would seriously give my pinky finger for a bag. There's no other frozen fudge bar on the market that even come close. I suppose that's a good thing. The no churn lemon ice cream could become my weakness but I won't let it. I never crave salty but do often crave sweet. My husband likes Butter Pecan ice cream. Its been many years since I tried it and didn't care for it but yesterday I tasted it again....Oh my its good. I will have to be very strong and call on all my willpower to resist the half gallon in the freezer. Lol Moderation.

I have one lemon tree in Florida. I must have picked over 200 lemons this year. So many went bad because I didn't know what to do with them all. I made cakes, lemon pies, muffins, etc. I decided to just keep picking them and squeezing the juice. I zested the skins and froze those but don't know how to freeze the juice because most recipes call for 'the juice of one lemon, or 1/4. 1/2 cup of juice. How the heck do you freeze all the juice so you don't have to keep defrosting a large amount of juice? Last week I squeezed a gallon of juice. Its sitting in a container in the fridge. Today I picked 12 more lemons (most were on the ground). I've given bags to my neighbors. How do you freeze the juice in small amounts without filling your freezer with all the containers? Homegrown lemons are so full of juice, not like supermarket lemons. I'm amazed at how much juice comes out of one lemon...about 1/2 cup! Thanks, Jane
