No Churn Lemon Ice Cream

Friend gave me lemons that were over ripe, so I decided to double a recipe of lemon ice cream this afternoon to use them up. Lots of juice in the lemons, more than I needed. But I have a double batch freezing in a bread loaf pan, have stirred it 3 or 4 times, and will now let it fully freeze. I reduced the sugar by about 1/4 and it tastes fine.
