Choosing a label printer for plant nursery

I own a small but growing plant nursery and I’m looking into buying a nursery label printer.

Right now I use my laser printer and print on thin perforated pot sticks from AM Leonard. They're long lasting and work well but combersome to print on as they often jam the printer.

My price range is about $1200 for a printer and I was hoping to get some suggestions for reliable brands/models that make the label making easy and dependable. I’m mostly interested in black/white printing for both pot sticks and slip and lock labels.

Would love to hear some reviews about models others use.

Thanks!
