Please help me figure out what sconces these are?

Hi All-

Working on our exterior landscaping and was driving around a nice neighborhood to get some ideas. I love these particular sconces and can't seem to find them online. Hopefully someone is familiar?

The part that sits near the wall is not getting enough light. Ferns LOVE to be watered overhead, with the water in the form of a shower that wets where the fronds come out. (And fronds too, preferably.) You will notice new growth if you water this way.

It is rather, a Dracaena, a form of D. fragrans. It might be one of the curly ones in the ’Dragon’ series. Some have names including ”Tornado” or ”Twister”.
