I love those raindrop chandeliers, but in my opinion they’re better suited for an entryway or stairway than a dining table. You could really do most anything in your dining room that would “go” with those pendants, but you don’t need to match. These types are pretty popular and pretty versatile.

Is this light centered over the island? Doesn't appear to be from the photo but could just be the angle. That may affect suggestions. How tall is the ceiling?

Erica -- Yes, it is a raised dishwasher cabinet. We remodeled 18 years ago and I saw it in the Shrock cabinet catalog. It was called the "beautiful back saver". Really only works on the end of a cabinet run. I love it! The top seems to be our junk collector in the kitchen!
