While they look very good and truely are smudge proof, I would stay away from ANY Electrolux regfrigerator! I was told that Electrolux products were good quality. How far from the truth! My refrigerator (3yrs. old, model:E23C75DSS4) has been a major disappointment. To address your question: It is supposed to a counter depth. That is absolutely not true. When the doors are opened all the way they will hit the edge of your counter top. Plus, 5. The doors are supposed to have a mechanism that prevents them from flying open past a 40 degree angle, unless you want them too. That "stop" does not work anymore. Now we have to hold the door in a position that will keep it from hitting the counter top. If you care to know, here are some other problems with this refrigerator: 1. The seal on the freezer must not be tight, because shortly after I bought it a had a pound of dead ants on the bottom shelf of the freezer. 2. It is very loud and runs almost constantly. My 30 year old GE was less noisy. 3. The coating, that is supposed to make the stainless steel smudgeproof works very well, but shortly after we bought it it started to bubble up. 4. The doors are not aligned. One is higher than the other and sticks further out. 6. By year two some sticky brown fluid had leaked out of the bottom right door hinge, causing it too creak very loudly when being opened. I get sick to my stomach when I think that I paid $2000 for this. It is not worth more than $500. Unfortunately due to the reputation of Electrolux in Europe we did not think that we needed to buy the extended warranty.

Thanks so much for the input and sharing photos. I'm so at a loss here as to what to do! I've actually considered all the colors mentioned in the thread at one point or another, and it's tough to imagine what it would look like covering your entire house! That's a lot of surface area. I also get so influenced by the name of the color. Does that happen to any of you? For example, if the name of the color has the word "cream" or "ivory" in it, I'll consider it more seriously than if the color has the word "yellow" or "gold", even though the latter might be more of what I'm looking for. Isn't that weird. Ponydoc, I actually really like how vanillin and inviting ivory look in your pictures. I worried that there wouldn't be enough of a contrast between those colors and my trim, but I can see from your pictures that there is contrast. I really like Jersey Cream, but I worry that it will read more pale yellow than cream, which is what I'd prefer. I was pretty sold no Napery, but it just didn't seem like there was enough contrast between that and Dover White. I agree that Compatible cream is too gold (as a previous poster mentioned) for an overall color for our house. I'm going to use it as accent color though. Why is this so hard! This is a frequent question and I will sound like a broken record but can short cut your search somewhat. The most frequently mentioned online sites that seem to have the best reputation here are "Faucet Direct" and "Efaucets". They also seem to have the biggest presence in online advertising. As for myself, I have had great luck with "National Builder Supply" or one of their affiliated sites of "h.m.wallace". Because the online market is so competitive with price guarantees and freight deals I believe ultimately that you should shop for brand first then find the dealer with the best pricing, always being aware that sometimes the price will seem low then when you get to checkout you find some high freight costs (a common EBAY ploy). As for design Danze seems to have a great line of high styled contemporary fixtures but are imported and long term quality may come in question and inversely Grohe has equal style high quality and high price. I have the Grohe. A newly up and coming brand is "Showhouse" by Moen which seems to represent a new high style, especially their "green Tea" oriental influence collection at a moderate price and great lifetime guarantee. Probably too much info but hopefully it will give you a good start. Happy shopping.

I feel your pain with the cost of lighting and I hope this may help a bit. I just ordered from lightingdirect.com but in the past used Bellacor for our exterior lights. I switched to Lighting Direct because they offer coupon matching as well as price matching. I shopped around for the bathroom light I wanted - wound up to be $318 everywhere.
