Bluestar 36" NG wall oven - CO problems!

Gas company came out and pressure at the meter is 7. (good)

Two brand new 36" wall ovens. Bluestar sent new orifice's with smaller openings - the CO sniffer they sent is reading 8-12pm on average (going as high as 33). Ovens were on for 1 hour. I took the sniffer 30ft away from the ovens and held the sniffer above my head (gas rises), it was reading 16ppm .... I even took the sniffer and put it over my gas fireplace, without lighting it, and it was reading 8ppm. When the tech went outside and came back in the front door, which is 70 ft away and down a long wide open hallway, he said the smell stun his nostrils...BLUESTAR is telling me that "this is normal and you have a sensitive nose"... I directed them to EPA website, and the bluestar rep said 400ppm is acceptable! complete joke!!

Any recommendations?
