I remember reading an article in the NYer many years ago (true story) about this guy living in a city building with a rat issue, so he called the exterminator who checked out the basement and came up and said, "You don't have rats." The guy knowing they had a real rat problem said of course they have rats...that's why he called him. The exterminator said, "No, you don't have rats. You have *super rats*." The guy asked what's the difference. The exterminator said, "Super rats look at you like *you're* the problem!"

I guess that's a true scaredy cat in the OP's video.
