Of course a picture speaks a 1000 words and it is hard to offer suggestions with out one but my first thought was to continue the trim from the windows to the entry which is white and paint the door red. I know you said you're afraid that it will look too busy, but I'm thinking it will tie all of the areas together. A warm brick(ish) red would be nice as would a more bright red. Both look lovely with colors in the green family.

You know, I never considered white, probably because I have color everywhere. That is something to consider. I'm not sure about the green ceiling though. Of course I've never had color on my ceiling before. I appreciate your suggestions. And just when I thought I had it figured out.

The reason you are confused is because you are testing the colors by painting them directly on the wall that already has another neutral color painted on it that isn't going to be in your space once you paint. Buy a large white poster board. Get some 240 lb water color paper at you local craft store. create a sample of each color on a sheet of the water color paper. 2 coats of paint. Place the poster board in your room - look at each color one at a time in the middle of the white poster board. Look at the same 3 samples on each wall - keep notes - which do you like the best. Look at them in the morning, afternoon and evening with and without your interior lights turned on. Look at the colors behind your furniture, next to the wallpaper.

That's the paint base info. My guess since there's no label/formula is it's White OC-151.
