Comments (3)In my last msg second one is Pfister, and last two are Kraus. I usually look on faucet.com because they have a wide selection. I was playing off the square part of your faucet with that second choice, but I see what you mean about round stems. How about... This one is fun and unusual with curves and square... Curves: There are so many fun ones. Not much help am I? My honest opinion is the second one of the two you selected looks like a built in soap dispenser. Thus not my fav. There are too many other possibilities that won't encourage someone to push down on the top hoping for soap! ;) Good luck....See MorePlease help me select a color for my hall bath
Comments (9)SW Halcyon Green or Rain or the next lightest shades on those two strips - love them. Towel color - for a spa look, white or a paler shade of the wall color would work. Otherwise, maybe try the hotel gold color that's common now. Target has some in the Waverly line. I recently went to Target and bought a rug in every shade of the Waverly line (it was on sale), tried them in my bathroom, chose one and took the others back. Sometimes you just can't tell unless you see it....See MorePlease help me narrow down the sink selection
Comments (18)the D shaped sink was the first "singlebowl" that really caught on. The drain/disposal is set back, allowing more usable space in the cabinet. The curve and ample counter areas around the back corners allow offsetting the faucet so the dimension front to back can be generous, getting a lot of sink for not necessarily a huge side to side measurement. There are many other single bowl configurations now....A deep single D sink is still a good option...among all the others....See MorePlease help me choose the right size chandelier for breakfast nook
Comments (6)according to these 'rules', your 10x12 room needs a 22" wide light. how tall is the ceiling above the table? I think you could do a 24" or the 30". Another poster on here had the same question: [https://www.houzz.com/discussions/what-is-the-right-size-for-a-chandelier-over-a-54-inches-round-table-dsvw-vd~3107651[(https://www.houzz.com/discussions/what-is-the-right-size-for-a-chandelier-over-a-54-inches-round-table-dsvw-vd~3107651) A general rule of thumb formula can be used to determine an appropriate diameter for ceiling fixtures. To determine this, measure the length and width of the room. Add those two numbers together and then convert the total into inches. So if your room is 10 feet by 12 feet, the ceiling fixture should be 22 inches wide. A good rule of thumb is to make sure your chandelier is one-half to three-quarters the width of your table. The best way to achieve this is to select a fixture that's diameter is somewhere between half and three quarters the diameter (or width) of the tabletop. For example, if the dining room table was 48" wide x 60" long, the chandelier that is24" to 36" in diameter would be an appropriate size to compliment the table. If your ceiling is less than eight feet high, your dining room chandelier shouldhang 30" to 34" from the table top to the bottom of the chandelier and be centered over the table. If your ceiling is higher than eight feet high, the recommended clearance is 36 to 40 inches....See MoreRelated Professionals
