Sealing Kitchen Ceramic Tile Backsplash

Just finished installing and grouting 4"X12" ceramic subway tiles for my new kitchen backsplash. I purchased 511 Seal & Enhance to seal the backsplash. I've received conflicting recommendations for the application of the sealer and would appreciate any guidance. One suggestion, since the tile is glazed and not crackle, just seal the 1/16" grout lines using a sponge brush. Second suggestion, using a new grout sponge, apply sealer to whole backsplash, grout and tile. What is the general consensus about applying sealer to glazed subway tile? Thanks in advance!
