REPLACING WOOD UNDER KITCHEN SINK DUE TO A LEAK WITH PVC

SHARON CARR

i had a leak under my kitchen sink due to a leaky valve on the dishwasher.

Instead of replacing the wood under the sink with wood, I used PVC.

I built two frames out of PVC for the PVC shelves to sit upon.

I used risers for the feet in case the floor wasn’t level, since I could then adjust accordingly.

The pictures below will show 1 of the two frames, and what the inside of the sink looks like with the PVC shelves on top of the PVC frames.

The PVC shelves that I purchased were ¾ x 24 x24 synthetic wood plastic sheets. I purchased them from freckleface.com.

I spent 37.73USD on the PVC to build the frames, and the shelves were 21.36USD each plus 21.99USD shipping.

So, my total cost was 102.44USD.
