LED replacement bulbs for range hood?

I just replaced my incandescent range hood bulbs with LEDs ( Philips 465054). They work fine at the full brightness setting, but flicker slightly at low brightness. I'm not surprised, because I assume that the low brightness setting just puts a diode in series. Dimmable LEDs are (I assume) designed to deal with triac dimmers, where they get energy applied every 8ms or so. The half wave rectifier approach supplies energy every 16ms, and I suspect the bulbs don't have a big enough capacitor to hold up over that period.

Anyone recommend an LED bulb that will work on the low intensity setting?
