Everything the same vanilla value is as dull as ditch water. Cleaning those doors will be a PIA. One tile is blah with the wrong pink undertones to go with the yellow counter , and the other clashes right up front and should never have been on the table. And keeping that cream shower tile is the reason you can’t get anything to match.

Hire a K&B designer.

I'm questioning why you're keeping the wall tiles; they look kind of crooked and I think any new tile and new vanity, etc. will only make them look worse.

If you won’t change the wall tile, then leave everything else alone too. Wait until that leak behind the walls forces the change. And save up all of these band aid solutions until that happens. Then gut and redo everything. With the help of a K&B designer.

Bianco al contro is by far the best choice. I think any other brown is going to get boring to the eye after a couple of weeks.

Thanks for your input, I appreciate it. I love the bianco al contro! Would an off white paint color work for the wall? Or, would you recommend that I go with color since the values are light on the wood and floor finishes?

This wall color is BM White Dove, with a floor that is a similar light value. It looks good with the bianco al contro, but is it too much cream, too light?

Here's another image of the other floor, cemento cassero beige (on the left). Are you saying this would be too much the same as the cabinets/shower tile? Not enough contrast?

Have you held both floor options up to your countertop choice? If not, make sure to do so to see if they look good together. I suspect that the first one will look good but the second might clash. I would definitely go with very light off white paint to keep it light -- the last picture you posted above provides a nice contrast IMO. Perhaps you could bring in some navy rugs and towels to add contrast with the beige but still stay relatively neutral.

Yes, I was thinking the same thing with the rugs and towels. And art work.

The counter sample is so small, the larger samples are only available 24 hours. Before finalizing anything, I'll go get the larger sample again. That's the hardest thing for me, visualizing how the two work together.

The pictures don't always show exactly what the colors are either, so that makes it hard. The bianco al contro appears warmer in the bathroom than it looks in the photo I took.

When you go get the big sample of your countertop material, look not just at the color and undertones, but at the pattern/size of veining. Is there going to be too much small texture and not enough difference between the two tiles for them to look good together?

Each element must look right with every other element. Take pictures with the different items together. Try to get a stool or box to put in the tub so that you can place the floor tile near the wall tile and the countertop material right next to the floor tile. Take another photo of the floor tiles on the floor and the countertop materials above, looking down at the counter with the floor further below. It will help you to see what they will look like in real life. Looking at them in photos kind of separates you from it and allows you to see it with less emotion somehow.

Also, look at the tiles in many different lights. At this point, you don't have the same lighting in the bathroom that you will have in the end. The color of the bulb will really affect how the tiles look together. Haven't you ever dressed at home and gone into a different lighting situation to see that what matched in your room no longer matches? That happens when you are off on the base tones of the color. There is superficial matching and real matching. Your second floor tile may only superficially match the other elements in your room if it matches at all. Or, it seems to match when you hold it up in the vertical view that you showed in the later posts, but when it is on the floor, the white and gray are predominant and when it is horizontal, it does not match. So be sure to view floor tiles only horizontally.
