Yes I went for a larger space but have already made over a thousand dollars due to some paintings I had. The only work I do is setting up my own booth.I am able to get some really great purchases here year round.For instance we just picked up a fantastic gun cabinet.Solid wood but the key was lost.We got it for 15 bucks and spent another 15 on the key but now I will probably get $300 for it, I am sure if you curb shop you will find those old Bifold doors as many people update them first.

47 7/8" is awfully darn close to 48", a standard size. 59 7/8" is awfully darn close to 30" x 2, a standard size. Why not just buy the standards and shave off 1/8" with a table saw? On the 41 7/8" one, can you either widen or narrow the opening by 6" to get it to a standard size? Of course, for that cost, you could probably just buy custom doors. Another thought: take your existing louvered doors, cut out the louvers, then add an 1/8" plywood panel on the back side, turning it into a recessed panel door.

The roller type has to have some rattle or there would be too much friction on the wheel (it needs clearance on one side of the wheel). Also, since the doors are only supported on one side (and are very light) that flimsy feel is going to be there, for the most part. Best advice is to make sure everything is level and plumb (including making sure the floor bracket is plumb front to back). It sometimes helps to put a pair of knobs or handles on the door instead of just the one provided. Alternatively, maybe you would prefer a pair of opposing doors, such as separating those bifolds and installing each on it's own set of hinges? It's been done before. Not too difficult if both sides are plumb. If you have drywall on the sides, then first install a jamb set on both sides and top, then install doors (Stanley had some surface mount hinges that will do the trick), then door stops around (or at least at the top), and finally ball catches at the top. No more rattle!

Thank you so much. That's it, although the color and shape are not exactly what I am looking for. It helps a lot.. Now, how do I take off the pin still stuck in the door. I don't know what in the world the previous homeowner could lose the disc which was attached to the pin so strongly. If the disc and and pin were missing together, it is much easier to just stick the pivot with the disc on the door. I just cannot believe that so many little things look awfully easy to fix at the first sight all turn out to be troublesome, according to my experience.
