Aloe help ASAP
Comments (2)And I'm thinking incidental damage when the plant was shipped / put out. Repot it in a porous mix, don't water for a few days, and it will be fine. The plant's healthy and those marks will be grown out of as the plant grows and gets rid of the outer leaves....See MoreHelp with My Succulents ASAP Super Grateful for you guys and my plants
Comments (4)What you are referring to as a 'ghost' plant is in glass jar, that's why it is loosing leaves - water has no way to drain out a plant may be rotting (can't tell for sure from small photo). Cactus and succulent mix is not fast draining, you need to add lots of coarse perlite to it. You could plant them is same pot if you don't have pot for each of them, but you really need very well draining mix. That container is nice, but quite large. Succulents like lots of sun, 4-6 hrs in the morning may not be enough....See MoreI’m new and need help keeping my Aloe Vera alive
Comments (2)Pls don't be fooled into buying all sorts of stuff that you don't need. A clay pot, a bag of Perlite to amend your soil which isn't fast draining enough & that's it, along w/ appropriate care as suggested above (mix it 50/50, equal parts of each soil & Perlite). YouTube has lots of good & bad info. Pls. trust sites that have something like .edu, plant or biology in their addies, that would indicate more accredited, plant-knowledgeable folks, not folks growing plants as trends or decor. That spot is way too dark for it, if you're growing it there, rather than just taking the pic, needs to be at a window at least....See MoreI'd like some suggestions to update my kitchen. Comments (7)As much as I love dark stains, painting the cabinets may be the way to go. White, Grey, Blues are what is "in" right now but they're still nice neutral colors. My issue with this kitchen is what appear to be 30" wall cabinets and larger than life ceiling height in comparison. it makes the space seem short. lighter cabinets and maybe a darker wall color will close this gap. A horizontal backsplash will also help visually make the space longer, making it appear bigger....See Moreappalachian sasquatch (TN zone 7)
