A few more FFOs today
We got a tiny bit of rain this morning, almost 1/10th of an inch. Blooms looked great when I took the pics.
Early Shirley FFO, blooming about normal time
Winter Treasure FFO, blooming about a week early
Butter Cream FFO, blooming about a week early
Yellow Monkey also had it's FFO today, but no pic- I noticed it later when I didn't have my camera. It's blooming about the same time as last year.
And here's a few that I already posted, but are looking better than the picture I posted of them yesterday.
Blood Sweat and Tears
Clown Parade - bloom was upward facing, I don't know if you can see the water pooled in it in the picture
Make It Snappy, looking much better already, I'm trying to decide if I should cut the scapes now to let it put it's energy into establishing instead of blooming. This picture is making me think of Saturday Night Fever :)

Comments (13)Thanks, everyone, for your nice comments. I need to make a correction--the garden shot is of the NORTH end--not south end. Right now the south end is a kind of work in progress. We are putting in new DLS down there, mostly hot colored one like Alabama Jubilee, Oranges For Christmas, and Screamcicle. AJ bloomed today, so look at my latest post to see the picture. Oranges For Christmas has one scape and I just found another one today, exciting!! Screamcicle is a small plant, may not be able to bloom this year, but I'm hoping it can do one scape because of our longer growing season. I want to answer Jean about yellow being a favorite color--I really don't have a favorite color, that would be impossible for me. There are just too many lovely daylilies of all colors for me to settle on just one.
