I would find another place for this table. I would do a floating shelf so that it can span across the carpet and hardwood. I would remove that small corner piece. Do you really need this table here? Do you enter your house here and want a place to throw your keys, etc? If you usually enter through another door and don't need this table, then you can keep the large mirror, but center it on that wall.

I don't mind the table and mirror and can't really think of anything besides art that would fit on that wall. Can't see the table details well but could it be painted? How about red to match your lovely door? What would say "fresh and cozy" to you for that space? Have you thought of a new light fixture? A runner and a larger rug in the entrance could look good. I don't find the clock visible from the door to be welcoming so I'd be tempted to remove it.

I like the idea of leaving the floor space open as decoenthusiaste suggested. If you are looking for a quick easy solution try Ikea trones. They come in white or black and are an inexpensive solution. they also come in black, You could put a mirror above 1 or 2, They are for shoe storage but they can be used to store other items as well.

You don't have room for a plant or anything else right by the door. The larger side is where you need space to walk in, and the back side of the door is too small. Leave that area clear. Under the mirror, you could place a shallow console table or a bench. I like your chair, but don't think it can work in this space unless you found a small table that worked with the style and placed the chair next with art above.
