You can plant them now IF you follow a few simple rules: DO NOT REMOVE them from their pots. Be sure the pots are well hydrated (watered); dig your holes so that the pot will fit in and the soil lines will be the same; water the holes well; with a sharp knife, remove the bottom of the pot, and set it into the wet hole; slit up the side of the pot on both sides and remove remains of the the pot; back fill around the edges alternately with soil and water. Keep the soil moist for a few days, or until the roses seem to have settled in, then go back to your usual watering regimen. There may be some wilting, but this is just the rose's way of conserving moisture during the process. It should clear up in a few days as the roses settle into their new home. I have employed this method of planting and transplanting over the years during the hottest days of our south Georgia summers with no losses, I know it works. Cooler weather or next spring is a long way off, so keeping them in those pots is not an option. Follow the rules I gave and the roses will be fine.

If you cant do both id go hot tub. The benefits of hot water therapy daily are life changing. Better sleep, imprived circulation, increased mobility, etc. Etc. I cant tell you how many customers come in and tell me how the hot tub literally changed their lives. If you look at it as a toy like a boat or a pool table....others are right the novelty will wear off and it will become a pain. But if you commit to using it and realize the good that it does for your body and mind and see it as a way to feel better abd live better, you might look back and see that it was one fo the best purchases you ever made. In saying that id definitey try to fit both, cuz fire pits are awesome!

Don't add paving unless you NEED it. Based on juxtaposition, it looks like the area could neatly be returned to garden space to match its surroundings. I would fill in ... and get rid of those patio "tiles" as they would then make no sense. If you need the extra paving, it looks like you could make a tidy square of 4 x 4 "tiles."

Are you talking built-in, or regular furniture? I mean, can't find a single dresser around 48 inches wide?!?
