Contractor finds $182,000 hidden in homeowner's walls....
Comments (19)This is her house. Everything within those walls belong to her now. Previous owners have no claim. She hired/contrated him to do a job. She doesn't owe him a damn thing. If he took what was within her walls,(and did'nt tell her) then he is a thief. I think she was generous to offer him 10%, she doesn't HAVE to give him anything. She doesn't owe a contracter, or...a known for a long time, so called friend....squat! I think that he is soooo out of line, to feel intitled to any money he found, within HER walls. What if he found money in her dresser, if she hired him to fix the drawers? Should he be intitled to any of it? Hell No! What if she hired a mechanic to repair her car...is any money he finds in her car...partially his? Hell No! He's incredibly lucky that she was willing to give him 10% of what belongs to her, But he's going to take her to court, for at least 40%!? PahLeeze.......See MoreThursday's hidden home decor
Comments (25)That's just weird! Besides, it gives the house kind of a warehouse look anyway. Yes, and then wreck the lawn driving over it so you don't have to look at a garage and driveway. I guess you could anchor some furniture down so it's usable. Just no knick knacks on the table. You'd have to have some sort of surveillance to make sure no one was on the porch before getting the car out!...See MoreMy Hidden Creature photo for the day
Comments (11)Zoomed-in image: That was on our neighbor's property a week ago. A local beagling group came over to our new property. They caught a scent near the neighbor's house, and the rabbit came around the back of the house, turned along the side and went through the bushes near the front of the house, across the driveway, down the hill and into a big brush pile in the woods. Twenty seconds later the pack of beagles came out following right along the path the rabbit took. Since it was such a hot sunny day, the beagles tired quickly, so they called them in, after about hour, gave them a drink, and packed them back into their trailer....See Moreroach in daughter's car ?
Comments (3)I can only imagine how easy it would be for a huge cockroach population to build up in the hidden innards of a vehicle, far out of reach of a vacuum. They don't even need human food but can easily subsist on wire insulation, fabric, paper, glue, etc. Be certain that the baits being used are of the IGR...Insect Growth Regulator....types. And be cautious about whatever product you use; you might even call the 800 number on the package label about the safety of using it in a vehicle....See Morerob333 (zone 7b)
