Simply white and revere pewter

Will Ben Moore simply white cabinets with maple island and revere pewter on the walls match? I’m worried the cabinets will go yellow, there is a lot of direct light. Thanks!

It depends on a myriad of factors: the lighting in the room, what color stain the maple has, flooring, etc....

The stain on the maple is called colonial (by our cabinet designer). We will be doing rustic white oak flooring (clear coated) and also have wormy chestnut on the wet bar top. Our cabinets will be 9ft high and lots of them plus the kitchen will be open to the living room (and i'd like to paint that revere pewter with simply white trim), both the kitchen and living room have cathedral ceilings with wood beams at the top...here are a few pics of the warm woods and and countertops.... again- we get a ton of light! thanks so much!

Your kitchen is shaping up to be gorgeous. You're in the stage of your project that I was in mine a few weeks ago. I was going crazy trying to get a jump on backsplash choices. I finally realized I had to stop. I wasn't getting anywhere and was in danger of spending a ton of time only to make the wrong decision, because it was just too soon. Advice from someone a few weeks ahead of you in this process? You will only spin your wheels trying to work on backsplash now. It's hard, but just wait. Wait until every other possible finish is in. Your island top, sink, cabinet doors, paint, even your hardware. By then you will be able to instantly eliminate 75% or more of what seems like a possible choice now. I can't tell you the HOURS upon HOURS I spent in tile stores only to realize now that most of that time was wasted because I dragged home samples I never would have even picked up if I had waited until I had a stronger sense of how everything else was going to come together. So take a deep breath, maybe have a glass of wine lol, and come back with pics when things are more done. People will be able to help more then.

What color white to keep revere pewter cabinets from going purple/blue

I like BM Simply White with Revere Pewter. They are in close proximity on the color wheel and coordinate nicely. That said, be sure to do some samples first to ensure the Simply White looks good with your countertop and that Revere Pewter doesn't shift green or purple in your kitchen's lighting.

OK, so I picked up some chips, talked to the cute Paint Boy at the local hardware store, and then used the BM online tool. I put in a picture of the Kitchen, and then I "painted" the cabs "Halo," which was the color we used on them, and then tried colors next to it. BM's rendering of Halo is not the same as IRL, but then the color I am picking won't be either. I figure if they go together virtually they will go IRL Right now, I am thinking Briarwood.

first pic is revere pewter..2nd is SW worldly gray pics from Houzz.... Note the walls were chosen in same color... a shade or two lighter in each case. No need to complicate things any more than that. the comments were overwhe lmingly positive about the shade.....just tweak it for the walls. [what about those pendants-!!! ]

ps- my cabinet designer wants me to use decorators white for the cabinets and I just think its too gray and not warm enough!

IMHO Simply white is closer in tones to Revere Pewter than Decorators white. Depending on your homes color palette either will work. It is your home, pick the colors which 'sing' to you best!

It looks like you have some beautiful selections it will look lovely.
