Best Primer for Loba 2K Supra AT

Hi. Getting my 17 year old Blackbutt hardwood floor resanded and refinished. Blackbutt is an Australian Euclayptus specie, high density, medium fine grain, honey blonde colour with some minor propensity for tanin lift.
I’m planning to use 2 coats of Loba 2K Supra AT Satin/Matt finish with UV protect added to the final coat.
My question is which primer seal should I use? I note that Loba recommends either EasyPrime (water based) or Primaseal (solvent based) on their website. What‘s the difference? Is one better for paler/blonde wood than the other? Does one draw out the colour better than the other? Anyone have experience with one or both?
Any advice Greatly appreciated. Cheers.
