Having trouble viewing/posting on KT
Comments (8)Thank you both for your help with this :) I am running windows 7, IE 8. I tried out firefox the other week and didn't like it, just not used to it I guess, so I uninstalled it. I think that may be what part of the problem is as since then I have been having this issue. I downloaded the malwarebytes and ran it with zero findings. Same as with my McAfee and Spybot. I am current with all updates too. It is quite annoying, to post here today I had to keep clicking on pg 2 to get there and find my message and then keep clicking on it till it would finally open. It just keeps going back to the main page. I've never had issues here before in all the years I have been on here....See MoreKt Photos
Comments (8)Still can't do the picture thing never will I figure out how to do that. That being said if I posted something on the KT facebook page, which isn't very active at all, my picture would appear there . How come there is hardly any activity at all on the FB kitchen table website or am I looking at an old one?...See MoreKT new and old
Comments (66)Good grief I evidently hit some nerves. I definately don't feel superior nor would I want all to be like me. I feel just the opposite. I love our diferences! Feel that I have grown as a person from many here believe it or not. I kinda celebrate our diferences. I love the KT yes it has evolved, it had always welcomed new people that's the fun of it I think. I have been trying to find a better way to convey my "fun" remark so it doesn't sting anyone since it seems it has. I can't explain it. It was not just us posting, we interacted on a diferent level. I miss it. Simple enough. That shouldn't be wrong nor should it make anyone feel any kind of anger toward any that feel as I do. It doesn't mean I like the kt any less. Good grief. Being attacked for feeling a certain way just reminds me of what some called the meanies. It's not nessessary doesn't change anything. I hope new people continue to come...also that old timers would return....See MoreAges at KT: been some time since we have done this
Comments (89)I will turn 69 in a few months. I am trying not to look at the years ahead in terms of time left or at the time as passed. I was born in 1950 and never thought beyond the year 2000. So being older than 50 is hard to fathom. Being active in the moment and having full days is the goal. I came to the Kitchen Forum when we were remodeling the kitchen at the riverhouse in 2009. Found I enjoyed the company. I poked around the Garden Web and landed at KT. I admire all the people here....See More- 8 years ago
