Yea! I love seeing the culture of the countries they go to....a favorite show of mine!

The firefighter twins are from southern Louisiana. I was going to watch The Blacklist, but may catch it On Demand instead.

One of my favorite shows. I like the Yalies. I don't like the BB two.

That was fun. We totally missed last season, which was at 10 PM or something. And we don't watch that much TV (usually only 3 hours a day and 1/2 that is news) to find the time to record it and watch later. Nice to have it at a reasonable time, Survivor's time slot.

Love that it's not on Friday night again! Don't know the BB two other than what I've read here, but loved that they missed out on coming first because of an error. I already dislike them, but they look to be formidable.

Amazing Race is the only "reality show" that I watch, the rest seem so stupid, contrived and banal. I'm a little disappointed that this show has in recent seasons has gone somewhat in the same direction as the other "reality shows" in choosing contestants seemingly based on how annoying and unlikable they are, especially when they choose contestants who were on one of these other shows.

At the end of the episode at the close finish between three teams, I wished it had ended slightly differently, the "goat yoga" women were sniping at each other throughout, and grated on my nerves. The team that went home seemed positive, happy and upbeat and would likely have been more fun to watch.

I am very surprised Cody and Jessica are still together. I agree with you Clearwaters! He already showed his stubborn attitude by not allowing her to speak to him about the direction and of course as always he was wrong! I guess he hasn't learned anything from the previous experience and loss.

I enjoyed the show. It looks like from the preview they are going to have a twist, changing partners!

Cody and Jessica, ugh. Changing partners will be a much better challenge to watch.

I told my kids when they watch our favorite show, AR, to watch for and root against jess and Cody. My kids don't watch BB. Is it me or is Jess not as glamorous and pretty as she was on BB? Cody still looks like a serial killer to me. Cannot stand either one especially him.

Raven, the test of togetherness will come when the race wraps. They have been contractually obligated to AR since the summer.

Bob, if you want really interesting and worthwhile reality TV, try Life Below Zero on NatGeo. There's lots of quality reality TV to watch, it's just not on network or Bravo TV.

Both Cody and Jess were just as irritating on TAR as they were on BB.

Clearwaters, I just discovered Life Below Zero the other day when my DH was watching it. I ended up enjoying it so much, I binge watched 8 episodes of the last season. I had no idea there are 8 or 9 seasons of this show.

I enjoyed the first episode. Like Bob, it’s the only reality show I watch and have been a fan for years. I liked the old TAR a little better when ordinary contestants were chosen, not the ‘celebrity’ couples from other shows. Maybe the production crew got tired of trying to narrow down the field from all the applicants.

I enjoy watching the scenery, the travel scenarios, and the tasks they have to perform to advance.

Debo, I believe the series began in 2013. The do Spring thaw and impending, full dark. So, two "seasons" a year which amounts to 8 seasons in 4 years.

We have been watching Sue since before the show life below zero came on. She was featured on some of the other Alaska shows. She is an amazing woman. I thought she was going to have to leave when she was injured. I don't know how she stays out there all alone in such a dangerous place.
