Hi II donÂt know how to post a picture, but I will try to explain the layout I was thinking would work better 1st I would not put a pocket door, I think a regular door will be perfect , and the toilet should be just behind it, so when you open the door, it will block the toilet 2nd if from what I see the door is on lower left side of the picture, I would move the toilet to the lower left side corner, just across of it, or on your right side where you enter the bathroom I would install the sink, and the bath tub will be across the top of the picture where it look like there is window right now , I would also either center the window or install a similar window to his right to be even (top picture) The are some other ideaÂs, but the all will include a regular opening door. The tiles you select are maintained free, the do look like glazed tile, so there is no sealer needed for it, or any special care beside regular cleaning (grout will be need to seal) Wood ceiling - well you can have it as long you got good ventilation, if you seal it good and protect it from moisture you should be ok, myself I wouldnÂt have it in my bathroom in any case Sorry for the long comment :) Good luck

I think this is where I'd give up and get multicolored wallpaper to tie everything together. ;-) As a color choice, how would a very pale to medium light yellow look? I don't recommend Wal-Mart paint, but they do have a yellow called "Vanilla Creme" and another called "Chanterelle" on card #322. I had them color matched at another store with better quality paint. I think they nice shades of yellow. They might work with the grey and black and add a little sunshine at the same time.

I'm not familiar with those specific colors, but I agree with ccoombs. A small bathroom is a great excuse to use a fun or interesting color that doesn't necessarily "coordinate" with other colors in your house. I have a TINY powder room (if yours has a shower, it doesn't qualify as small in my book! mine is 3' x 5') and it is a lavender color right now, a color that has no relationship to any other colors on my first floor. Neighbors also have this same tiny bath, and one is cobalt blue, the other is a raspberry color, and both look great.

OK. I had it narrowed down to two ways. ONE mural wall facing the hallway . shown below and paint the rest of the walls and vanity a gray color, OR a color to match the mural .. maybe even deep a rose colored.vanity. 3 of four walls gray ?? . TWO --------how do you all feel if I used an Ellie Cashman floral paper BUT only 3/4 way down the walls on THREE walls . instead of fully covering all four walls ? I would do the paper From the Ceiling TO the top of vanity splash guard . Paint the rest of the wall black from the vanity down except also paint the one wall with the toilet , all black. chair rail to separate the paper and paint (?) Frame a piece of the wallpaper for above the toilet in a nice frame with a thick Matt board to give the wall something . . Paint vanity black or cream/white (?)depending on the wallpaper choice light or dark ... ... . .
