Comments (9)I walked while shopping, got on the treadmill for 30 min. Sunday. Did U know: Home Depot honors competitors coupons? (I don't mean exact item matches, the percentage off, like Harbour Freight). I have an ACE game day coupon, 50% off. In fine print it says "on any item under $30", but they take their meet or beat price guarantee very seriously and just give the 50% off. Yesterday was "game day". I am working my way through the beginner series of videos on doyogawithme.com and will start video #5 today, which is the second of a lesson about proper breathing. So far, the videos have done lots of stretching, the sun salutation and downward facing dog among others. I feel so good afterwards and I am really noticing a difference in how my knee is feeling (less stiff and stronger). Once I get through this beginners series, I am going to do their 30 day yoga challenge (beginners version; they also have intermediate and advanced, but I'm not ready for that yet). Besides the yoga, I've been walking every day and going up and down the stairs as much as I can manage which is also helping my knee....See More- 8 years ago
