Based on looks alone, I have narrowed our choice down to these 2 toilets! (I think) The Toto is about $50 more per toilet. Just seeing if anyone has any input about these 2 options?
I've been looking at Toto or Cimarron. After tons of research, I settled on the Toto Aquia. The Cimarron gets terrible reviews and Kohler's customer service is poor. We have 2 Toto's and think they're great.
I would have picked the Aquia, but I don't like buttons! :) I haven't seen a ton of reviews of the Cimarron, so I am interested to see that you found a lot of dud reviews. I am leaning towards the Toto.
I've had a Kohler Cimarron (1 piece, 1.6 gallon flush) for over 10 years, and it's behaved like a champ. Never, not once, a clog or problem. It's on our main floor, so it gets a variety of customers and guests, and it's been great.
For our recent renovation we got the Toto Soiree (thanks, Cat_Mom) pretty much for the look, and I wanted a skirted toilet, So far so good.
But I wouldn't have hesitated to get another Cimarron.
