We are renovating our house - the kitchen is 21.75' x 15.5'. Island is 47.5" x 104.5". We are wanting to put 2 chandeliers over the island. Chandeliers are 26.5" W x 24.5" H. The staircase is off center to the middle of the island so using only one chandelier would enhance that it is off center. (The smaller version of the light is 21" W x 22.5" H, however it is not as pretty and does not have that same WOW factor). Just wondered if anyone else has 2 big chandeliers over their island so I can see what the effect looks like!

That chandlier is not really in demand because it's Tuscan. You could try to sell it for maybe $50 but if you donate it to a charity you'll get the right off. Any of these linear chandeliers would be a good choice for your room.

That reminds me of the Farlane Chandelier from McGee & Co. A blogger who is putting this in her new build is Z Design At Home.

It should be black/bronze to match whatever the handles on the cabinet is or white if you want to lean more modern farmhouse. Brass probably isnt the right option. I'd say go with something inspired by a traditional shape with a modern element. So a simple federal style in black, for example. Going with too much of a statement is polarizing, but you also don't need to go totally builder grade. If you're the renter, do what you want. That said, I'd say still stick with a blended traditional/modern look consistent with the rest of the rooms
