We are having the Marie Callander chicken pot pies. So far they are her only meals that we have liked.

Were going out for dinner tonight so I'm not sure what I will be having. I'll have to see what's on the menu that appeals to me.

I made a pork chop dish a few days ago that we saw on America's Test Kitchen, and we're finishing up the leftovers. Brown rice and steamed brussels sprouts as sides.

Beef tostados. I'll smother them in Mex. sauce, top with chopped tomato, lettuce & sour cream.

I will have a salad for dinner with some grilled chicken.

I made tuna salad, ate it plain...not on bread. Also had a side of cole slaw. I wish I'd added some hot tea because that meal just made me colder.

Just the kiddos and I, again. We had potato latkes with sour cream, beef patties, roasted beets and carrots. Dessert was pineapple with yogurt.

I am worn out from yard work so we're having Dominos.

Tollhouse cookies. Seriously. Made them, and I'm too tired to go further.

Beef stew with dumplings and a small salad. Yes.....I cook mid-western........plain.

We have the Sprites overnight, so G'pa can have a date out of the house. We made our pizzas from scratch as we often do on Friday, then grilled them outside. They like all of the usual toppings, and even some different options like shrimp and spinach on a white sauce pizza.

I mixed up some Greek yogurt, chopped fruit, and honey and made little frozen pops for dessert.

They are in their jammies; we've been watching School of Rock, and they've been loving it. I'll go up and read to them when the movie is over....we are into the Little House on the Prairie books.

Coming back from my new home to the old home, I wasn't in the mood to cook. I stopped off at the local diner. The soup of the day was split pea, and that was awesome. I should have stopped there. I also had Buffalo wings. Sort of old and dried out. The celery sticks were good...
