Comments (6)I had an orangey-peachy house in Baton Rouge, LA and I painted the back porch and door an opposite color on the color wheel - a beachy-seafoamy-light turquoise green. I loved it, but colorful houses are "done" there and this was 20 years ago. If any of your darker bricks go toward the red/maroon spectrum, a cranberry or maroon color could work well for a front door. Comments (7)Who is painting the cabinets becuase IMO this needs to be done by a cabinet finisher in s a speray booth in the proper paint for cabinets or all you will get is a bunch of chips very quickly. I will say the wrong choice for the FP facing but a bit late now so I would probably do white cabinets like the trim and door we see and if you want the darker island then do just that . Comments (25)Chantilly Lace may be B.M. whitest white. With the high LRV, there is barely any undertone. I just finished a Master Suite for client and chose Chantilly Lace, in a semi-gloss finish, and I was thrilled with it. I also did the ceiling the same, but in flat finish.
