I have chicken thighs/drumsticks frying right now, with a pot of white rice on. Choc chip cookie dough ice cream for dessert! ;0)

OMG black raspberry pie- that must be amazingly good.

Steamed salmon, roasted Yukon gold potatoes and roasted beets are on my dinner menu- along with a salad. There are grapes macerating in some white wine for dessert.

Ham, potatoes, green beans, chicken, rice, oh my. drool.

Have been eating salads and fresh fruit, decided to veer away from that tonight and had a tuna sub from Subway. I have them add Provolone cheese and tomatoes on top of the tuna, then put under the grill, then add lettuce and mayo.

Met the husband for lunch at a diner. Salad, Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes & gravy and green beans. This was our big meal for the day.

(and probably tomorrow too. LOL)

Trader Joe's tonight. Just had a little Riced Cauliflower Stir Fry and later I'll zap one of their Chile Relleno's.

All your dinners are making me hungry.

We're meeting a few people for dinner at a Mexican restaurant with DH's sister and her husband. Their anniversary today, 44 years. Not for another hour and a half, and now - I'm hungry.

I'm taking the wife out for a simple meal. It'll be Chinese or Mexican - her choice.

Friend brought me a plate of venison fajita...........mmmmmm, good!

Such good sounding meals. It's been a while since I ate so I could join any one of you and enjoy to the fullest. (pudgeder: I had practically that same meal earlier in the week, very good).

Had one of the best summer side dishes from childhood memories. Fried green tomatoes! Put a ham loaf from our local farm market along with a Stouffers Mac and Cheese casserole in the oven, threw together a green salad and fried up green tomatoes. Easy peasy and delish!

Fish night here...blackened cajon cod in the cast iron on the grill..baked potatoes and garden salad. (Finished the last of my cajon seasoning now I have to find my recipe so I can make more.) also had orange cranberry quick bread with it..that counts as dessert.

DH wanted vegetarian, so I made a dish I'd not tried before:very veggie spaghetti squash. It didn't come out very attractive, but it was tasty. I used goat cheese instead of feta.

My husband and I and my brother and his girlfriend went to a neighborhood tavern for dinner. We had gizzards, wine, my hubby had fish & chips, I had chicken salad, my brother and girlfriend had pizza and salad. A good time was had by all. It was a fun time.

I had a bowl of potato salad for breakfast and a bowl of potato salad for supper. The lady we are staying with fixed meatloaf and I am not a fan. When no one was looking, I tasted it on my husband's plate. It wasn't good. Going to have ice cream before I go to bed.
